Batch: 2025/2026/2027. What We're Looking For: - Practical knowledge (no specific degree required — what you can actually do matters more than what you've studied). - Comfort in the use of different tools for design/creative work to produce social media content, posters, and promotional material. - Working knowledge of social media posting/content management. - Some knowledge of marketing tools and techniques is a strong plus. - General awareness of the AI tools landscape and how different tools can improve real work. - Basic understanding of how websites are built and structured. Attitude and working style (non-negotiable): - A positive, can-do outlook — someone who brings energy into the room. - Performance-oriented, not clock-oriented. Standard hours are 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, six days a week, and you may need to stretch beyond these hours when the work demands it. - Self-directed — we will teach you what you need to know, but you must take a lesson and run with it, without needing constant supervision. - Comfortable with ambiguity — startup work changes shape often, and priorities shift fast.
