About the role: - Radient.ai is seeking an intern to support data-driven decision-making across the organisation through analysis, insight generation, and reporting. - You will work with structured datasets to identify patterns, create visualisations, and communicate findings to stakeholders across departments. - The internship provides hands-on exposure to analytics workflows and builds foundational expertise in translating raw data into actionable intelligence. What we're looking for: - A graduate holding a degree in finance who is genuinely drawn to data analytics as a career direction. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and basic data manipulation. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Genuine enthusiasm for acquiring new analytical techniques and expanding your skill set in the data analytics domain. - Intellectual curiosity about business problems and a mindset oriented toward continuous improvement and skill development.
