About the role: - Identify and tackle product challenges from start to finish, breaking down complex problems and turning them into actionable solutions you'll drive through to completion - Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Design colleagues to shape product direction and execution - Spend time with actual users through interviews and field visits to uncover what matters and why - Travel to the ground to interact with users and validate assumptions firsthand - Test and integrate AI tools into product workflows to boost team productivity and decision-making What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor's degree (any discipline) - Ability to communicate clearly and navigate conversations with different teams and stakeholders - Comfort breaking messy situations into structured components and solving each one methodically - Meticulous approach to work—catching details others miss - Skill at digesting volumes of raw information and distilling it into focused, usable takeaways - Self-motivated drive to spot what needs doing and push it forward without prompting About this opportunity: - This internship includes a return offer opportunity (PPO) for strong performers - You'll gain real exposure to how product decisions get made at a scaling company - Field research experience will give you ground truth that shapes how you think about product problems
