About the role: - You are the primary technical contact responsible for owning the entire merchant relationship from start to finish. - You will engage directly with merchants to uncover and understand the underlying business needs behind their stated requirements. - You design and build technical solutions that address specific merchant problems. - You develop the initial working version of solutions and measure whether they actually improve the business metrics that matter. - You balance hands-on engineering work with consulting responsibilities and product thinking. - Your focus is on delivering real customer value and solving genuine problems, not on internal processes or demo cycles. About Razorpay: - You'll be part of the Agent Studio team. What we're looking for: - A developer comfortable taking full ownership of customer relationships and outcomes. - Someone who can learn a merchant's business deeply enough to ask the right questions. - Technical skill to design, prototype, and iterate on solutions quickly. - Ability to work across the full spectrum from customer conversations to engineering implementation. - Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to validate whether a solution actually works rather than assuming. Good to know: - The role is based on-site in Bangalore. - The selection process uses three assignments; you choose one to build and submit. - There is no resume screening stage.
