About the role: - Shape product experiences for a fast-growing startup, owning design from research through delivery - Work across the full design lifecycle, from understanding user needs to crafting polished interfaces - Partner with product and engineering teams to translate insights into intuitive user workflows What we're looking for: - A portfolio that showcases strong product thinking alongside clean, thoughtful visual design - Demonstrated ability to move from customer research and feedback into designs that feel natural to use - Comfort working in a high-velocity environment where you take ownership of your work end-to-end - Experience translating complex user needs into clear, simple interaction patterns - Design judgment that balances aesthetics with usability and business goals - A collaborative mindset that values iteration and learning from team feedback What you'll bring: - Fluency in design tools and prototyping for web or mobile products - Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale - Initiative to drive projects forward independently within a lean team - Curiosity about how users actually interact with products you design
