What We're Looking For: - Genuine curiosity about why people use products the way they do — and why they sometimes don't. - Can conduct a user interview and come out with insights, not just a transcript. Knows how to ask the question behind the question. - Comfortable with data — can look at Amplitude or a similar tool, form a hypothesis, and know what to query to test it. - AI-native — reaches for Claude, Cursor, or equivalent as a thinking and building partner, not just for writing. - Has built something — a dashboard, a tool, a script, a side project — that solved a real problem, even a small one. - Writes clearly and specifically. Insights that lead to decisions, not observations that need another meeting to interpret. - High agency — doesn't wait for a perfect brief. Starts, learns, adjusts. - 0–2 years of experience. Final year students welcome. No specific background required — what matters is curiosity and output.
