About this role
About the role: - Work closely with the Head of Operations from day one on problems that influence how quickly Remedo can scale. - The role focuses on diagnosing operational issues that appear as the agency takes on larger clients and building systems to solve them. - Your work is expected to influence delivery speed, client retention and the company's ability to scale. - You will receive direct training and mentorship from the Head of Operations while working on real operating challenges. - The opportunity is designed for someone who wants to gain several years' worth of operating exposure in a compressed period. What you'll work on: - Break down complex operational problems and build durable solutions around them. - Design and improve processes and SOPs so larger clients can be served without reducing service quality or overloading the team. - Introduce AI tools and automations into team workflows, including automated processes, AI-assisted reporting and analysis. - Measure the time saved through automation and AI adoption. - Apply Six Sigma, Lean principles and process mapping to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste and lower error rates. - Build dashboards and trackers that give leadership visibility into delivery, capacity and team performance. - Run strategic projects end to end with the Head of Operations, from defining the problem through rollout and adoption. - Work with ads, SEO, account management and content teams to understand their operational pain points and improve their workflows. What we're looking for: - Graduates from top-tier institutions with 0–2 years of experience are eligible, and freshers are welcome. - Candidates should be structured, first-principles thinkers who enjoy solving ambiguous problems. - Strong comfort with data is expected, with Excel or Google Sheets required. - SQL or business intelligence tools are considered a plus. - Applicants should be curious about AI and automation and ideally already experimenting with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier or n8n. - Clear written and verbal communication skills are important, along with the ability to work across teams and seniority levels. - High ownership is expected, including following work through without repeated follow-ups. - Candidates should be highly motivated to learn quickly. Nice to have: - Exposure to Six Sigma or Lean is useful, although certification is not required. - Project management or process-improvement experience from internships or case competitions is beneficial. - An interest in marketing or healthcare is also considered a plus. Note: Send your CV with your notice period, if applicable, along with your current CTC and expected CTC.
