About this role
About the role: - This is a 6-month Founder's Office internship with a strong product component. - The intern will work directly with the founder while helping build an AI company from an early stage. - ReQL uses AI to read regulation for compliance teams, with human review before outputs are trusted. - The internship follows a similar approach where AI is expected to handle a meaningful part of the work before human judgment is applied. What you'll work on: - Contribute to product-related work alongside the founder. - Support go-to-market initiatives as the company grows. - Help with content-related projects and execution. - Conduct research across business and product needs. - Assist with hiring-related activities. - Work across engineering, business, marketing and other functions when required. - Use AI tools actively to complete work efficiently rather than avoiding or minimizing their use. What we're looking for: - Candidates should be proactive and comfortable taking initiative without waiting for detailed instructions. - Applicants should be able to figure out unfamiliar problems while working through them. - Strong execution and a get-things-done mindset are important. - AI skills are mandatory for the internship. - Graduate and undergraduate candidates from any academic stream are eligible. - Applicants must be Mumbai-based. - Women starting their careers in AI fintech are especially encouraged to apply.
