About the role: - You will own customer problems from start to finish, taking responsibility for the full stack rather than specializing in a single layer like backend, frontend or AI - You'll select and apply the right technology for each specific challenge, matching tools and approaches to what the problem demands - You will work directly on building an AI-native operating system designed for the debt-settlement space What you'll work on: - Developing voice agent systems and conversational chat interfaces - Building AI-powered data assistant features - Designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration systems that coordinate multiple AI components - Solving end-to-end problems that span infrastructure, user experience and machine learning What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of full-time software engineering experience - Hands-on knowledge of or genuine interest in voice agents, chat agents, AI data assistants, and multi-agent orchestration - Comfort learning and deploying whatever technology suits the job at hand - Problem-solving mindset that embraces full-stack ownership About Retape AI: - YC-backed startup that is already profitable and scaling rapidly - Focused on creating an AI-native operating system for the debt-settlement industry How we'll evaluate you: - Take-home assignment to see how you approach real problems - Two technical rounds to assess your depth and breadth - One culture-fit conversation to ensure alignment with the team Location: - In-person role based in Bangalore
