About the role: - Shape product strategy and direction at Revolut by analyzing market trends, user behavior, and competitive dynamics - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and analytics to develop and validate strategic initiatives - Conduct research and build frameworks to support product decision-making and long-term planning - Work on identifying new market opportunities and evaluating their potential impact on the business What we're looking for: - A degree in STEM or another quantitative field from a leading university - Demonstrated excellence and accomplishments across multiple domains or projects - Previous internship experience in strategy, product, or business roles at a top consultancy, investment bank, private equity firm, venture capital firm, or high-growth technology company - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with genuine understanding of what users need - Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders Nice to have: - Experience developing products or features informed by data analysis, direct user input, or machine learning applications
