About the role: - Formulate and implement strategies tailored to specific projects and programs - Contribute to defining what products should do and articulate those requirements as user stories - Conceive, pilot and scale experiments exploring new business opportunities - Collaborate across multiple functions including engineering, product, data analytics, business, operations, finance and senior leadership - Oversee program timelines by setting priorities, designing execution plans, and managing individual workstreams - Own projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to tight deadlines - Monitor progress on all active initiatives and communicate status to stakeholders - Meet with lender central teams and regional partners as needed to advance program objectives What we're looking for: - Currently in your final year at a top-tier engineering or MBA institution - Strong organizational capabilities to juggle multiple concurrent projects - A mind that thinks both creatively and analytically - Comfort thinking several steps ahead and breaking down complex problems - Proven ability to partner effectively with leadership and senior stakeholders - Familiarity working with numbers and data-driven decision making - Experience with Excel - Background in SQL or Tableau (preferred but not required) Good to know: - This internship includes a pre-placement offer - You will work in a dynamic environment with exposure to all core business functions - Travel to meet cross-functional teams may be required based on project needs
