About the role: - Develop real products that serve over 2 million guests across a major Indian hospitality platform - Collaborate with a team that values experimentation, learning, and pushing creative boundaries - Use Claude Code or your preferred AI tool alongside other development resources to build solutions - Take ownership of features from concept through deployment in a fast-moving environment What we're looking for: - Demonstrated success organizing or leading large-scale college events, showing your ability to engage and mobilize people - A track record of building something meaningful that real users rely on - Technical capability to ship production-grade code even when working with incomplete information - At least two of these three strengths: community leadership experience, founder or builder mindset, or AI engineering prowess - More than one year of study remaining before you graduate Why this matters: - A PPO is available for strong performers - You'll gain hands-on experience shaping products used by millions
