About this role
About the role: - Partner with the Founder across strategy, operations, and time-sensitive initiatives that shape the company's direction. - Perform in-depth market analysis, competitive landscape studies, and broader business research to inform decision-making. - Produce polished presentations, management information systems, and strategic reports for the leadership team. - Design, build, and interpret spreadsheet-based financial models and performance dashboards. - Liaise across departments to align efforts, monitor progress on key projects, and ensure deadlines are met. - Take ownership of emerging priorities and see them through to completion with minimal supervision. What you'll work on: - Transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy. - Preparing materials that communicate complex findings clearly to senior executives. - Supporting the Founder with research and analysis on market opportunities and operational improvements. - Building robust analytical frameworks that the team can rely on for ongoing decision-making. - Managing moving pieces across multiple functions to keep high-priority work on track. What we're looking for: - An MBA or PGDM graduate from a top-tier B-School (IIM or equivalent Tier-1 institution). - Mastery of PowerPoint for crafting compelling visual narratives. - Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to model complex scenarios and build analytical tools. - Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to break down business problems into solvable components. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with leadership audiences. - Meticulous attention to detail and a bias toward ownership over delegation. - Eagerness to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment and adapt to shifting priorities. - Comfort engaging directly with senior leadership and translating their vision into executable work.
