About the role: - Analyze business data to support decision-making and strategic planning across the organization - Prepare reports and visualizations that translate complex datasets into actionable insights - Conduct statistical analysis on operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Maintain data integrity and quality standards in all analytical work What we're looking for: - University or college degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis - Strong command of English, both written and spoken - Demonstrated analytical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work - Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a valuable addition to your skillset About you: - Early career professionals and recent graduates are encouraged to apply - You approach complex problems methodically and with precision - You communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
