About the role: - Shadowfax operates India's largest last-mile delivery network and you will join the SP&A team - Your work will focus on using data and analytics to shape decisions across cost optimization, delivery partner payouts, and network planning - You will tackle problems that directly impact how the network operates and scales What you'll work on: - Building and maintaining financial models in Excel and Google Sheets to evaluate business scenarios - Writing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from large datasets - Identifying cost reduction opportunities across delivery operations and partner compensation structures - Supporting network planning initiatives with quantitative insights and recommendations - Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity What we're looking for: - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling and data manipulation - Solid SQL skills to query and work with databases independently - Ability to work comfortably with financial metrics and interpret them - Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Experience in logistics or quick commerce is valued but not required Note: Application Deadline - 22 October, 11:59 PM IST
