About the role: - Drive the data infrastructure that powers Shadowfax's operations end-to-end - Build and maintain BigQuery and SQL-based solutions that serve as the backbone of our analytics - Design and deploy automated reporting systems and interactive dashboards that eliminate reliance on manual record-keeping What you'll work on: - Partner with finance, operations and product teams to translate their data needs into actionable insights - Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns that directly influence how hundreds of thousands of delivery partners are compensated - Move quickly from identifying a business question to delivering an answer, with minimal bureaucracy between analysis and decision-making - Own the data layer that the company depends on, taking responsibility for its accuracy and availability What we're looking for: - Mastery of SQL — this is a must-have - 0–3 years of hands-on experience in analytics, BI, consulting or strategy; strong freshers with BI aspirations are welcome - Comfort working with ambiguous problems, navigating large and complex datasets, and making sound calls under time pressure - B.Tech or equivalent qualification from a reputed engineering college; an MBA is valued for strategy-focused paths - Willingness to learn Python, Google Apps Script and Looker — prior exposure is helpful but not required Good to know: - You must be based in Bengaluru or prepared to relocate there
