About the role: - Conduct payout and cost analysis to inform business decisions - Build incentive design models and structures - Develop planning models for forecasting and scenario work - Produce analytical work that directly reaches and shapes decisions made by co-founders - Synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable one-page summaries What you'll work on: - Financial and operational metrics across the delivery network - Cost structures and payout mechanisms that affect thousands of delivery partners - Strategic models that feed into company-wide planning - Cross-functional projects spanning finance, operations and product teams - Analysis that translates directly into changes affecting how compensation is structured What we're looking for: - Strong Excel and SQL capabilities - Ability to think through problems in a structured, logical way - Experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or strategy roles; sharp freshers with BI background are welcome - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from a tier-one engineering college; MBA preferred for strategy-focused positions - Comfort working with ambiguity, large datasets, and making decisions on tight timelines - Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate Why join this team: - Your analysis has minimal distance to the decision-maker; insights move fast from your work to implementation - You touch multiple business functions—finance, operations, and product—rather than working in isolation - You directly influence how lakhs of delivery partners across the network earn and are incentivized
