About the role: - Build and enhance solutions that empower direct-to-consumer brands to fulfil orders through dark stores, enabling same-day and two-hour delivery windows - Drive cross-functional programs from conception through execution, collaborating with teams across the organisation - Extract insights from data and translate them into concrete, implementable strategies What you'll work on: - Program design and optimisation to support rapid order fulfilment networks - Data analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities - End-to-end coordination of initiatives that touch multiple departments - Building operational frameworks that scale with demand What we're looking for: - 2–3 years of background in strategy, operations, or program management - Hands-on proficiency in SQL and Excel, both essential - Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and distil findings into action - Willingness to take ownership and move quickly in a dynamic, high-pressure setting - Drive to own outcomes across teams and functions
