About the role: - Work alongside experienced engineers on real-world backend and frontend development projects that directly impact the product - Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design through testing and deployment - Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the team to ship features and fixes What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of core computer science concepts and programming principles - Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and implement effective solutions - Prior internship experience in a software engineering role - Genuine interest in expanding your technical skills and taking initiative on assigned work - Comfort thriving in a dynamic, rapid-iteration startup setting What you'll bring: - Proficiency in at least one programming language and familiarity with common development tools - Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms and system design fundamentals - Experience or willingness to learn modern web frameworks and backend technologies - Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills - Self-directed approach to problem-solving and learning from feedback
