About the role: - Manage direct communications with buyers and sellers through WhatsApp to support their marketplace journey - Guide users toward products that match their needs and preferences - Oversee the coordination and completion of transactions between parties - Gather and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the platform experience - Report directly to and collaborate with the founding team on day-to-day operations What you'll work on: - Building relationships with marketplace participants through responsive, clear communication - Problem-solving on the fly when issues arise during buying or selling processes - Creating a seamless experience that keeps users engaged and satisfied - Spotting patterns in how buyers and sellers interact to drive platform improvements What we're looking for: - Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively - Understanding of how two-sided marketplaces function and the dynamics between supply and demand - Self-directed approach to work, capable of taking initiative and resolving challenges without constant direction - Demonstrated ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and execute tasks with precision—we prioritize how you approach problems over a checklist of credentials
