Operations Executive

About the role: - Manage routine operational functions that keep the business running smoothly day to day - Act as a liaison between different internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated workflows - Create, organize and refresh operational documentation, records and regular reporting - Support the organization through file management, information systems, and structured process workflows - Field incoming questions and concerns, then route them to the right department to ensure quick resolution - Contribute to streamlining operations and take on other operational support work as the business requires What you'll work on: - Organizing schedules, meetings and communications across departments - Tracking metrics and compiling data for operational dashboards and status reports - Maintaining filing systems, databases and record-keeping procedures - Identifying bottlenecks in current processes and suggesting ways to work more efficiently - Supporting new initiatives by handling logistics and coordination What we're looking for: - MBA graduate from any specialization, fresh to the workforce - Communication skills that are sharp both in conversation and in writing (this is essential) - Ability to build rapport and work constructively with colleagues across levels - Comfort with numbers and patterns; sound judgment in solving routine problems - Hands-on competence with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for data work and Word for documentation - Drive to take on challenges and expand your capabilities on the job - Comfort juggling several priorities at once and thriving within a team structure
