Business Analyst Intern (+PPO)

About the role: - Map out how the company operates across human resources, hiring, commercial sales, financial management and day-to-day running of the business - Collect information about what teams need and document those findings clearly - Spot where workflows break down or can run better, then recommend concrete changes - Produce flowcharts and user stories that guide development work - Run tests alongside the product team to make sure software works as intended - Help catch bugs and coordinate fixes between business and technical staff - Learn the internal system called CORE and understand how it powers the business What you'll work on: - Sitting with different departments to understand their current processes and pain points - Translating business needs into technical requirements that developers can build from - Creating visual diagrams that show how work moves through the company - Testing new features to ensure they meet what the business actually needs - Documenting everything so knowledge stays with the team even after you leave What we're looking for: - Ability to think logically through complex problems and spot root causes - Clear writing and speaking skills that help stakeholders across the company understand your findings - Genuine curiosity about how businesses work and how technology solves real problems - Mindset that turns obstacles into puzzles to solve, not roadblocks - Openness to learning new tools, frameworks and ways of working from colleagues in different roles Good to have: - Earlier work with flowcharts or process diagrams - Experience writing specifications or technical documentation - Exposure to QA methods or software testing practices Good to know: - This internship comes with an offer of permanent employment upon successful completion
