About the role: - Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and position requirements - Source, screen and evaluate candidates through multiple channels including job boards, referrals and professional networks - Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit - Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track applicants through each stage of the hiring process - Coordinate scheduling for interviews and communicate with candidates about next steps What we're looking for: - Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders - Analytical thinking and resourcefulness when tackling recruitment challenges - Self-directed work style with initiative to identify and pursue recruitment opportunities - Genuine curiosity about talent acquisition with commitment to developing your skills in People and Recruitment - Comfort thriving in dynamic, high-pressure situations where priorities shift and multitasking is essential
