Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) Intern

About the role: - Manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships across the United States, taking full ownership from day one - Participate in live calls with dealership clients to understand their needs and provide direct support - Analyze how AI agents perform during customer interactions and spot opportunities for improvement - Dig into call recordings to uncover why potential bookings fall through - Bridge gaps between account management, product development, and engineering teams to fix problems quickly What you'll work on: - Troubleshooting AI agent behavior in real-world dealership scenarios - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions - Building relationships with client stakeholders during calls - Documenting patterns in missed opportunities and recommending fixes What we're looking for: - Ready to start immediately - Fluent English speaker comfortable holding client conversations - Daily hands-on experience working with AI agents and agentic platforms - Self-directed mindset with strong ownership; someone who learns quickly and tackles problems across domains - Willingness to dive into unfamiliar areas and figure out what needs doing Good to know: - Six-month internship with potential to convert to full-time employment based on your performance - Night shift schedule: 6 PM to 3 AM IST - Cab drop facility provided - Five-day work week based at the Gurgaon office
