About the role: - Work as a Forward Deployed Engineer Intern on Spyne.ai's team. - Spyne.ai is building technology for the automotive sector, with an initial focus on the US market. - You will take end-to-end responsibility for a group of US dealership accounts. - The position combines responsibilities across customer accounts, product work and engineering. What you'll work on: - Participate directly in calls with dealership clients. - Examine how the company's AI agents handled individual calls. - Investigate cases where an AI agent failed to secure a booking. - Identify the underlying issue and make the changes required to resolve it. - Work with AI agents and agentic tools as part of your everyday workflow. What we're looking for: - Candidates who can join immediately. - Strong spoken English for communicating directly with clients. - Someone comfortable using AI-agent systems and related agentic tooling regularly. - A high-ownership mindset and the ability to operate as a generalist who can independently solve unfamiliar problems. Good to know: - The internship runs for 6 months. - Strong performance during the internship can lead to a full-time position. - Working hours are 6 PM to 3 AM IST to align with US business hours. - This is a night-shift position. - Cab drop is provided after work. - Employees are expected to work from the Gurgaon office five days a week. - The monthly stipend ranges from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000.
