About the role: - You will develop and maintain production Voice AI systems that serve real customers and handle live traffic - You'll identify technical shortcomings that emerge from customer usage, create fixes for them, and push those solutions to production - You will use SquadStack.ai's platform to set up, customize, and construct AI-driven workflows - You'll produce code that meets production standards and can sustain itself over time - You will be part of a lean team working directly with technical leadership, product managers, and customer-facing staff, and you'll drive the engineering work from start to finish - You'll operate where technology, product direction, and actual customer needs intersect, placing weight on writing robust code, keeping systems dependable, and building solutions that create lasting impact rather than quick patches What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of core programming concepts, with Python or JavaScript as preferred languages (but strong programming ability matters more than any single language) - Ability to move forward when requirements are unclear or shift as you learn more - Interest in how AI and machine learning work in live systems (you don't need to be an expert, but genuine curiosity is important) Note: Apply even if you're only 70% sure.
