About the role
- Create content for Instagram and LinkedIn including Reels, posts, memes, stories, and people-and-culture pieces
- Work from SquadStack's Noida office for 3–6 months
What you'll do
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and turn trends into posts tailored to each platform
- Shoot and edit video content, write captions and hooks
- Track what's trending across social media and adapt it for SquadStack
- Work with people across the company to capture stories and build content
- Monitor how posts perform and use that data to improve future content
What they're looking for
- Strong sense of what makes content engaging on social platforms
- Creativity and humor
- Comfortable talking to people and involving them in content creation
- Basic video editing skills and ability to create video content
- Attention to detail and ability to finish projects
- Willingness to experiment and learn
- Interest or experience in creative work like photography, writing, filmmaking, music, design, or gaming is a plus
