About the role: - Develop and maintain backend systems using modern programming languages and frameworks - Work with distributed messaging systems to ensure reliable data flow and service communication - Contribute to designing scalable server-side solutions that handle high-volume transactions - Debug, test and optimize backend code for performance and reliability What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of Golang for building efficient, concurrent applications - Proficiency in Node.js for server-side development - Hands-on experience or solid knowledge of Kafka for event streaming and message processing - Core understanding of backend architecture, databases, APIs and system design principles - Educational background from IITs or NITs preferred What you'll bring: - Ability to write clean, maintainable code that follows best practices - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail - Eagerness to learn production systems and industry-standard tools Note: Mention "Backend Intern" in the subject line
