About the role: - Support the Global Accounting Operations team within the Finance Controllers function - Work in the Specialized Accounting Team on Non-Hedging FX Derivatives accounting and reporting - Contribute to Record-to-Report processes and monthly financial close activities - Handle accounting for products including Loans and Repo/Reverse Repo trades - Assist with SEC and REG reporting requirements What you'll do: - Work alongside full-time staff on day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks - Participate in process re-engineering, standardization and automation initiatives - Help identify problems and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency - Reduce manual work and strengthen process controls - Support transformation projects to streamline accounting workflows What they're looking for: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field - Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas and workbook maintenance - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Highly motivated with a drive to succeed Good to know: - Based in Bangalore or Hyderabad - Experience or coursework in programming and BI tools is preferred - Knowledge of Spotfire, Tableau, data analytics, Macros and visualization tools is a plus
