About the role: - Lead data analysis initiatives across Stattr's product and operations, translating business questions into actionable insights - Own the full lifecycle of analytical projects from problem definition through implementation and stakeholder communication - Build and maintain robust data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems that support decision-making across teams - Guide and develop junior analysts on your team, sharing expertise in analytical methodologies and technical approaches What you'll work on: - Designing production-grade analytical solutions that scale with the company's needs - Architecting data infrastructure and ETL processes that ensure reliability and performance - Collaborating with engineering and product teams to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria - Contributing to technical strategy and best practices for data work across the organization What we're looking for: - 2–5 years of professional experience in development-focused or analytical roles - Proficiency in building and maintaining systems that operate reliably in production environments - Strong grasp of software engineering principles, including scalable system design and code quality - Ability to work independently on technical implementations while taking full ownership of outcomes - Demonstrated capability to mentor others and influence technical decisions through collaboration
