Product Intern

About the role

• You will own product features and experiments across their full lifecycle, from initial concept through to market launch
• You will author Product Requirement Documents that translate unclear briefs into actionable specifications
• You will examine user data and feedback to spot gaps and shape the product roadmap
• You will work closely with the leadership team throughout all aspects of your work

What we're looking for

• Strong grasp of product management principles and how they apply to real problems
• Ability to write clear, structured PRDs that guide development
• Solid analytical thinking and the skill to break down complex challenges
• Genuine interest in how markets and trading work
• Background or enthusiasm in finance (prior experience valued but not required)
• Comfort operating at a fast pace and engaging directly with senior leadership

About the internship

• Based in office
• Duration 3–6 months
• Performance-based consideration for Pre-Placement Offer (PPO)

What the work involves

• You will spend your time moving between strategy and execution: talking with users, reviewing data, writing specifications, and seeing your work ship to real traders
• You will learn how financial products are built and iterated, and how to measure success
• You will report to and learn directly from the founding team, giving you visibility into decision-making at an early-stage company
