About the role: - You will join a 6-month apprenticeship programme beginning in January 2027, structured under the Apprentices Act 1961 - You will take on operational tasks that require analytical rigor, independent research, and creative problem-solving across cross-functional teams - You will work on technical product challenges and gain exposure to how operational processes support a global payments platform - You will collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting What we're looking for: - Current students or recent graduates from the 2026 cohort - Strong written and spoken English proficiency - Demonstrated ability to think analytically and break down open-ended questions into workable paths forward - A mindset centred on user needs and how to serve them effectively - Self-direction and the discipline to organize your own work without constant oversight - Genuine curiosity about how technical systems and business operations function - Comfort with ambiguity and a track record of delivering results despite incomplete information - Ability to shift focus quickly as business needs change, without losing momentum - Collaborative spirit and humility when working across teams and with external partners - A preference for working in an office environment where you can build relationships and receive real-time support from your peers
