About the role: - Join SuperKalam as a Founding Product Manager, taking ownership of the product vision and strategy from the ground up - Shape the direction of the platform and drive key decisions across engineering, design, and go-to-market efforts - Work closely with the founding team to define product roadmap, prioritize features, and execute on milestones that matter What you'll work on: - Define and refine the product strategy, positioning, and core value proposition in the market - Gather customer insights, conduct user research, and translate feedback into actionable product improvements - Collaborate with engineers to scope features, manage technical dependencies, and ship products iteratively - Work with design to create intuitive user experiences and validate concepts with real users - Establish metrics, track progress, and make data-informed decisions about what to build next - Lead cross-functional initiatives that cut across product, technology, and business growth What we're looking for: - Demonstrated experience building products or features from conception through launch - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Comfort working in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information - Customer-obsessed mindset with genuine curiosity about user needs and market opportunities - Analytical approach to problem-solving, with ability to balance intuition and data - Self-directed and resourceful in a startup environment where you wear multiple hats
