About the role: - You'll shape how our product evolves by working closely with design and engineering teams to turn ideas into shipped features - You'll analyze product performance using PostHog and SQL to drive decisions with data - You'll take ownership of problems from start to finish, moving fast and pushing for impact - You'll break down unclear challenges into concrete solutions that ship quickly and move the needle on metrics What we're looking for: - 0–2 years of experience or a strong portfolio of work that proves your ability - Deep product thinking paired with meticulous attention to detail - Hands-on skill with product analytics tools like PostHog and comfort writing SQL queries - Strong eye for product and UX design; you know what feels right - Structured, clear communication that helps teams align and move forward - An ownership mindset; you act decisively and bias toward shipping - Regular user of AI tools with real experience shipping AI-powered products - Genuine interest in AI-assisted and vibe coding approaches - Ability to collaborate effectively across design and engineering disciplines
