Data Analyst

About this role

Batch: 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024. Responsibilities: - Take an ambiguous question and drive it to an answer and a decision - Hands-on with data: pull it, model it, understand user behavior across funnels, retention, cohorts, activation, and monetization - Design and analyze A/B tests; partner with growth and marketing - Build and maintain trustworthy metrics and dashboards - Communicate crisply with clear recommendations Requirements: - 2–5 years in analytics at a consumer app, consumer AI, or high-growth product company - Strong SQL and comfort with Metabase - Solid grasp of experimentation and statistics (A/B testing, significance, cohorts, funnels) - Sharp product sense, clear communication, high ownership, and bias for action - Tier-1 college background preferred Nice to Have: - Experience with ClickHouse / warehouse SQL at scale - Experience with marketing / growth data (attribution, campaign performance) - Comfort using AI tools to move faster
