About the role: - Create and ship backend or full-stack systems in JavaScript or TypeScript on Node.js, including testing and deployment work. - Build REST APIs and integrate databases, webhooks, message queues, and external services into applications. - Develop frontend components using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks to serve end users. - Write unit tests, integration tests, and API tests to ensure code quality. - Diagnose and fix bugs in running applications using logs, metrics, and debugging utilities to find the source of problems. - Coordinate with product managers and other engineers to deliver systems that scale with demand. What you'll work with: - SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval. - AI-powered code generation tools, which you'll evaluate, test, and refine before use. - Standard monitoring and observability tools to track application health.
