What You Will Get to Do Here: - Establish & own long-term vision for GenAI-led and traditional sales enablement tools for food delivery sales teams - Drive discounting-led interventions to help overall platform growth - Partner with business, sales ops, data science, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver roadmap against AOP targets - Build products for stable, established businesses as well as lead 0-to-1 product building (AI/DS-first and agentic tooling) - Find cross-org solutions on shared objectives; act as custodian of charter success metrics What Qualities Are We Looking For?: - Minimum 3 years of work experience in Product Management with extensive experience in user research, consumer backward thinking, design thinking, and e-commerce/consumer internet products - Hands-on familiarity with GenAI development cycle (shipping scalable chat agents with tools and harnesses) - Experience working on DS/ML-based B2B products used by business partners, sales teams, or leadership - Strong data sense to run deep dives independently; clear communication via PRDs, prototypes, and designs
