About the role: - You'll transform raw data into actionable business insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and design analytical solutions - Own the full analytics cycle from problem definition through insight delivery and stakeholder communication What you'll work on: - Building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable visualization platforms - Writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets - Synthesizing complex data patterns into clear, compelling recommendations for business leaders - Managing relationships with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and leadership to understand their analytical needs What we're looking for: - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or equivalent analytical role - Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation - Strong capability with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and modeling - Demonstrable skill with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker - Sharp analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approach - Excellent communication ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences - Proven track record of thriving in dynamic, rapidly scaling environments with shifting priorities Good to know: - Background in quick commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, consumer technology, or early-stage startups is valued
