Requirements: - 1–4 years of experience in software engineering - Strong programming fundamentals (experience with Go is preferred) - Hands-on experience working with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, or CI/CD - Experience building or operating backend or infrastructure services in production - Good understanding of Linux, Git, networking, and cloud infrastructure - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership Nice to Have: - Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools - Monitoring and observability tools - Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven systems, or message queues - Startup or high-growth tech company experience
