Staff Software Engineer

About this role

Batch: 2019 and before. What We're Looking For: - 7–9 years of software engineering experience - Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or similar backend technologies - Deep understanding of distributed systems, system design, scalability, and performance optimization - Experience building and operating large-scale production systems - Strong knowledge of databases, caching systems, messaging platforms, and cloud infrastructure - Proven ability to influence technical decisions across teams, mentor engineers, and balance short-term execution with long-term architecture Nice to Have: - Experience building consumer internet, e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, or food-tech products - Event-driven architectures and real-time systems - Prior experience scaling engineering organizations through periods of rapid growth
