About the role: - Help shape how users interact with Syfe's web and mobile platforms - Dive into market research and competitive analysis to strengthen our brokerage and portfolio management services - Contribute to operational processes that keep client assets secure and well-managed - Support initiatives that advance our vision of making investing accessible to everyday people What you'll work on: - Cross-functional projects that touch product, operations and growth - Analysis and insights that feed into business decisions - Collaboration with teams across multiple time zones What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field - Genuine enthusiasm for fintech and belief in Syfe's mission to democratise investing - Clear communication skills and comfort working in a global, distributed team - Self-starter mentality who takes initiative without needing direction - Demonstration of Hunger, Hustle and Humility in how you approach your work - Experience from a prior internship at a startup, financial services firm or tech company - Knowledge of investment products such as ETFs, REITs or fractional trading - Analytical mindset with comfort working from data and evidence to solve problems
