About the role: - Help shape intuitive digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms - Research market trends and competitive landscapes to strengthen our brokerage and portfolio management services - Contribute to operational processes that safeguard client investments with rigorous security protocols - Support strategic growth projects and marketing campaigns aligned with our vision of accessible investing for everyone What you'll work on: - Analysis and research that informs product and business decisions - Collaboration across teams in a distributed, cross-border setting - Hands-on involvement in fintech product development and optimization - Documentation and process improvements that enhance how we serve clients What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing or a related discipline - Genuine enthusiasm for fintech and belief in Syfe's mission to democratize investing - Clear communication abilities and comfort working effectively with distributed teams - Self-starter mentality with willingness to jump into whatever needs doing - Demonstration of Hunger, Hustle and Humility in how you show up every day - Familiarity with investment instruments such as ETFs, REITs or fractional trading - Strong quantitative thinking and evidence-based problem-solving approaches - Prior internship exposure to startups, financial services or tech companies
