About the role: - Contribute to building intuitive interfaces across web and mobile platforms that serve investors - Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions around our brokerage and portfolio management services - Help maintain secure operational processes so client funds and data remain protected - Participate in marketing and growth projects that advance our vision of making investment accessible to everyday people What you'll work on: - End-to-end user experience improvements from concept through implementation - Research on investment trends, competitor offerings, and market opportunities - Quality assurance and compliance checks in operational workflows - Campaign planning and execution to build brand awareness and customer engagement What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or a closely related field - Genuine enthusiasm for fintech and alignment with Syfe's goal to democratise investing - Strong written and verbal communication abilities with comfort working across distributed teams - Self-directed approach to work; you take initiative and drive tasks to completion - Demonstration of Hunger, Hustle and Humility in your work and interactions - Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions Preferred experience: - Previous internship at a startup, bank, or tech company - Knowledge of investment vehicles such as ETFs, REITs, or fractional shares - Track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
