About the role: - You will help shape intuitive and engaging experiences across our web and mobile platforms - You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform our brokerage and managed portfolio offerings - You will contribute to the operational processes that safeguard client assets and maintain our security standards - You will support initiatives that advance our vision of making investing accessible to everyday people What you'll work on: - Building features and improving user interfaces that make investing more intuitive - Researching market trends and competitor strategies to drive product decisions - Testing workflows and processes to ensure client funds are protected - Collaborating across teams to execute campaigns and brand projects - Identifying ways to simplify the investment experience for our users What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing or a related field - Genuine enthusiasm for fintech and belief in democratising access to investing - Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort working across time zones and cultures - Self-starter who takes initiative and pitches in wherever needed - Someone who embodies Hunger, Hustle and Humility in how you show up - Prior internship experience at a startup, financial services firm or tech company is a plus - Basic knowledge of investment products such as ETFs, REITs or fractional trading is advantageous - Comfort with data analysis and evidence-based decision-making
