About this role
Assist in implementing, operating, monitoring, recovering, and performance tuning infrastructure and application services across production systems. Support CloudOps initiatives focused on application deployment, failure resolution, system stability, observability, and faster software delivery. Work with public cloud providers such as AWS and Azure along with networking technologies, CI/CD tools, monitoring platforms, and DevOps practices. Candidates should have experience with TCP/IP networking, Windows IIS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, logging tools, and scalable system management. The role also values scripting proficiency, database understanding, release automation knowledge, and strong communication skills. This position offers strong exposure to enterprise-scale CloudOps engineering and infrastructure operations.
