About the role: - Support the recruitment team in identifying, screening, and evaluating candidates for IT positions - Assist in sourcing talent and maintaining communication with potential hires throughout the hiring pipeline - Review and analyze resumes to match candidate qualifications against open IT roles - Conduct preliminary screening calls with applicants and assess their technical fit - Track candidate progress through each stage of the selection process using recruitment tools - Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain detailed and organized candidate records while ensuring data confidentiality - Follow up with candidates in a professional manner to move them through the pipeline What you'll work on: - Learning the full recruitment workflow from job posting through final selection - Understanding IT job descriptions and the technical skill sets required for various roles - Researching different IT technologies, roles, and career paths to build domain knowledge - Managing spreadsheets and basic recruitment tracking systems to monitor applications - Handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting internal timelines - Documenting candidate interactions and maintaining organized filing systems What we're looking for: - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Strong listening skills and capacity to assess candidates objectively - Ability to read and interpret technical job descriptions and skill requirements - Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with recruitment software - Outstanding interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in building professional relationships - Well-developed time-management and organizational capabilities - Detail-oriented approach to handling sensitive candidate data - Capability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and patience - Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team - Problem-solving mindset and sound judgment in decision-making - Genuine enthusiasm for learning about talent acquisition and IT recruitment - Professional demeanor with a commitment to discretion and data security - Positive, adaptable attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement Note: Subject: Applying for the post of Talent Acquisition Trainee
