Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python to validate software functionality and performance
Build browser-based automation workflows with Selenium WebDriver for web application testing
Design and execute functional and regression test suites to ensure software quality across releases
Perform API testing and validation to verify backend systems and integrations
Validate data integrity and test database operations using SQL queries
Create test frameworks and harness code using PyTest or unittest to structure test execution
Debug test failures, analyze root causes, and implement fixes with precision
Collaborate with development and QA teams to align testing strategies and communicate results clearly

Strong foundation in Python programming with solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
Hands-on experience or proven knowledge of Selenium WebDriver for web automation
Familiarity with PyTest or unittest testing frameworks
Working knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and manual testing practices
Ability to design and execute functional, regression, and API test scenarios
Competence with SQL for database queries and validation tasks
Experience with Git and version control workflows
Understanding of Jenkins and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
Sharp analytical abilities with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or equivalent qualification
Open to both freshers and candidates with relevant experience
