About the role: - Collect and understand business needs from clients and stakeholders to shape project direction - Review existing business processes and spot areas where efficiency or effectiveness can improve - Build requirement documents including BRDs, FRDs, SRS specifications, user stories, and use case diagrams - Design process flows and business workflows that translate strategy into actionable steps - Create comprehensive requirement documentation that guides development and implementation - Work across teams with Project Managers, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA specialists, and client contacts to ensure alignment What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of how the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) works and its phases - Foundational knowledge in Business Analysis methodologies and approaches - Strong ability to break down complex problems and think through solutions logically - Clear written communication that makes technical concepts accessible - Comfort speaking with diverse stakeholders and explaining ideas with confidence - Attention to detail in documentation and process mapping
