Assistant Product Manager

About the role: - Partner with senior product managers on the full lifecycle of product features, from conception through launch and beyond - Lead discovery activities that synthesize insights from customers, market trends, and competitive landscape analysis - Gather and organize feedback from users, turning it into actionable product requirements and clear feature specifications - Author user stories, technical documentation, and detailed specifications that guide design and engineering execution - Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and design, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines - Track and analyze key product metrics, identify patterns, and distill findings into reports for stakeholders - Participate in quality assurance cycles and manage the rollout of new features to production What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a closely related discipline - Strong ability to think analytically about problems and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Solid grasp of how products move from concept to market, including the roles of different teams - Hands-on experience working in Agile or Scrum environments - Demonstrated skill at listening to what customers need and converting those needs into concrete product specifications - Comfort writing clearly and presenting ideas persuasively to groups - Experience or familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or equivalent platforms is a bonus
