Implementation Associate

About this role

About the role: - Manage the deployment and onboarding process when clients adopt Tareo's products and services - Gather and document what each customer needs from the solution, then shape the system to fit those requirements - Work across Tareo's customer-facing, technical, product development, and operations groups to keep projects on track - Monitor progress against timelines and ensure each implementation milestone is met on schedule - Demonstrate the product's capabilities to customers and walk them through how to use it effectively - Identify and resolve obstacles that arise during the deployment phase - Create detailed records of how implementations were completed and what was delivered What you'll work on: - End-to-end client onboarding from kick-off through successful product adoption - Configuration and customization of software solutions to match customer workflows - Regular touchpoints with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns - Knowledge transfer through training sessions and documentation - Cross-functional collaboration to balance customer needs with technical constraints What we're looking for: - A degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a closely related discipline - Clear, professional communication with clients at all levels - Skill in managing relationships and expectations with external partners - Logical thinking and the ability to break down complex problems into solutions - Strong grasp of how technical specifications translate into product features - Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams - Comfort moving between different teams and working in a matrix environment - Previous exposure to SaaS platforms or product implementation workflows is advantageous
